Dal Tadka. Our combination meal includes delicious fragrant Basmati rice together with yellow lentils cooked in a cream sauce.

Dal Tadka: 

Red lentils, yellow lentils, onions, tomatoes. ghee, sunflower oil,
garlic, halved chickpeas, salt, green chilli, ginger, turmeric, cumin,
coriander and asafoetida 

 

Basmati rice: 

Water, Basmati rice, cream, butter and salt.
