Stuffed peppers with Dal Tadka

Shopping list:

  • 4 fresh peppers (any colour)
  • 1 packet Schani Royal Basmati rice
  • 1 packet Schani Indian lentils with rice Dal Tadka
  • 100g grated Parmesan
  • 4 tsp Schani Royal Ghee

A tip for meat lovers!
Mix fresh minced meat together with the Dal Tadka.

 

 

Preparation

Cut the top of the pepper and remove the seeds. Now fill the pepper with a spoonful of ghee and then 3/4 fill with the Dal Tadka. Top with the grated Parmesan and place the top of the pepper back on. Place in a preheated oven at 160-180 C° for approximately 10 - 15 minutes. The pepper should now be cooked through. Arrange the stuffed paprika on a plate with the warmed rice.

Serving idea: Fill a cup with the rice and heat in the microwave for approx 1-2 minutes. Then turn out the rice onto the plate so that the rice holds its shape on the plate.
