Salmon fillet with Royal mild Curry and Chana Masala

Shopping list:

  • 2 salmon fillets (each weighing approx. 200g) 
  • 2 tbsp Schani Royal Mild Curry-paste 
  • 1 tbsp Schani Royal Ghee
  • 1 x packet of Schani chickpeas

Preparation

Slice the salmon in half longways (so that you can fold the salmon over once it is filled) and fill with the curry paste. Heat the ghee in a pan, and sear the salmon (with the skin still on) for 30 seconds on each side. Put the salmon into a preheated oven at 140 degrees and heat through for 10 minutes until the salmon is cooked to your taste.
While the salmon is in the oven, heat the packet of Chana Masala following the instructions on the packet and arrange in the centre of a pre-warmed dish. Serve the salmon on top.
