Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices that are thin enough to see through. Heat the ghee in a flat pan and arrange the potato slices in the pan in a circle so that they overlap a little and stick together when heated. Once the “Pizza base” made from the potato slices is ready, season with 1-2 pinches of salt and saute for 3-4 minutes until golden and crispy.
For the meat version of this recipe, lay thin slices of beef fillet on top of the potatoes and cook for a further 2 minutes on top of the potatoes in the pan.
Open the Biryani packet and heat it following the instructions on the packet. Carefully remove the potato pizza base from the pan and arrange on a dish. Spread the Biryani on the pizza base and serve with grated Parmesan.
