Sweet potato fries with Curry Ketchup

Shopping list:

  • 400g sweet potatoes
  • 4 tbsp Schani Original Indian Curry Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Schani Curry spice mix
  • 2 tbsp Schani Royal Ghee
  • 2 tsp  Sea salt 

Preparation
 
Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into finger sized pieces. Put the ghee into a bowl and warm gently in the microwave until it is liquid. Add the curry blend and salt to the liquid ghee and mix together. Toss the sweet potatoes in the ghee and place into a preheated oven at 260 C° (fan oven) for 10 minutes.
Serve the sweet potatoes in a dish, marinated with the curry ketchup and season according to taste.
