Small choclate cakes with Garam Masala

Shopping list:

  • 20g sugar 
  • 2 tbsp Royal Ghee
  • 50g whole milk chocolate        
  • 50g plain chocolate  
  • 2 egg yolks                           
  • 50g flour                      
  • 20g cream                     
  • 1 tsp Schani Garam Masala
  • 1 pinch of salt

Zubereitung


Place the chocolate in a non metallic bowl and heat in the microwave for approximately 1 minute. Mix the rest of the ingredients together with the chocolate either using a mixer or by hand in a large bowl. Adjust the consistency of the mixture as desired, using a little flour to thicken the mixture, or cream to make it runnier  Take a suitable mould and fill it with the chocolate mixture (tip: a small cup would work well for this) Bake for 5 minutes in a preheated oven at 240 C°.
