Lamb Okra Maharaja

Shopping list:

  • 1 small piece of fresh ginger with peel, diced
  • 200-300g saddle of lamb cut into 1/2cm pieces
  • 1 clove fresh garlic, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Ground sweet paprika
  • 1 tbsp Royal Ghee
  • 4-5 fresh okra pieces

 

Tip: Instead of using fresh okra pieces you can use fresh green beans instead.

Preparation

Heat a pan on medium heat and melt the ghee. Add the lamb pieces and the okra pieces and sear for approximately 1 minute. Add the rest of the ingredients and reduce a little. Season with salt if necessary. Heat the naan bread for approximately 1 minute on both sides in the pan and arrange on the plate with the lamb.
