Cut the chicken fillets into the desired size and leave to marinate in the Tikka paste and yoghurt for 1 day. Arrange the chicken and cherry tomatoes alternately on the skewers. Heat the ghee in the pan and sear the chicken Tikka kebabs for 3-4 minutes on each side (depending on the size).
These can also be cooked on a grill or barbecue.
