Succulent chicken, Biriyani Delhi style

Shopping list:

  • 200 grammes chicken breast fillet (cut into strips)                 
  • 1 x packet Schani Royal Basmati rice
  • 1 Schani Tandorri Bread-Naan
  • 100 grammes frozen peas
  • 1 handful cashew nuts
  • 1 tbsp Schani Royal Ghee
  • 5 tbsp Schani Delhi Sauce

 

 

Preparation:

Heat the ghee in a pan and saute the chicken fillet for 1 minute. Add the nuts and peas. Now add the Schani Delhi Sauce and the packet of Schani rice. Cover the pan and heat the mixture through on a medium heat for 2-3 minutes. In the meantime warm the naan bread in the microwave for 30 seconds and put it onto a plate.

Finally, put the contents of the pan into a bowl and arrange with a small portion of the Delhi Sauce. Serve with the naan bread.
