Shopping list:

  • 2 Tandoori Bread-Naan              
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/2 bottle of rapeseed oil (for frying)     
  • 20g Panko breadcrumbs
  • 5 tbsp Nutella
  • 20g flour

Preparation

Cut out 5-6 small circles from the naan bread and spread all of them with Nutella apart from one. 

Then prepare 3 flat dishes for the flour, egg yolk and the panko breadcrumbs. Firstly coat the chocolate tower in flour, then egg yolk and finally cover them in the panko breadcrumbs. Fry at a medium heat for 1 minute.

Serving tip: Can be served with a scoop of ice cream.
